Terms and Conditions
Information
All clients must provide contact details, including full name, date of birth, address, telephone, and email, to secure an appointment.
Every client is required to complete a Medical History form and Treatment Consent form during their initial appointment. This is essential for facilitating the consultation and treatment planning process.
All provided information will be treated as confidential and safeguarded in compliance with Data Protection legislation.
Patient information will remain private and will not be shared with third parties without written consent. You will not receive unsolicited information from us.
Appointments
Please give 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment and 6 hours to reschedule, allowing us to optimize our appointment schedule. Failure to attend a booked appointment without 24-hour notice will result in a full booking fee charge.
A £50 consultation fee can be credited toward the treatment cost.
New clients undergo consultation and assessment, and treatment may be provided during the initial visit based on the aesthetician's availability.
Treatment Suitability
We will assess the suitability and potential success of any treatment before proceeding. If a treatment is deemed unsuitable, we will explain the reasons, and you will only be liable for the initial consultation fee, if applicable.
It is your responsibility to provide us with all relevant medical details before each treatment.
Payment
You will receive full disclosure of proposed treatment plan costs, including any maintenance treatments, before commencement.
Payment is due in full before the treatment.
We accept cash, major debit cards, and credit cards.
Full payment for any treatment packages is required in advance.
Refunds
Treatment fees cover the delivery of treatment and associated services. While we strive to provide excellent service, honest advice, safe treatment, and quality products, we cannot guarantee specific results. Therefore, refunds cannot be offered if the outcomes do not meet your expectations.
